What We Do

The Personnel creates job descriptions for church employees and suggests salary changes. The personnel committee may also act as a liaison between employees and the church. Job Descriptions: It shall be the duty of this committee to compile a job description for each person paid a salary by this church body.  This includes:  list of duties of each person, time off and vacation time.  Salary Changes: Suggestions as to salary changes must be made in conjunction with the stewardship committee and come before the church body.

Become a member of the committee: Support the team by joining in the above responsibilities. Useful skills may include typing, communication, and dealing well with conflict. Beneficial spiritual gifts include encouragement, administration, discernment, helps, knowledge, and wisdom. Rewards include seeing God work through the employees of the church and being involved in the formation of the purpose of church employees.
